YPIN is a network of accomplished, internationally minded Poles active in the business, public administration, academic, and non-profit sectors. The association provides an independent and interdisciplinary platform bringing together professionals who share a commitment to strengthening Poland’s international engagement and advancing European integration.

Through discussion groups, seminars, and study visits, YPIN fosters dialogue and the exchange of ideas on a wide range of interdisciplinary topics. The network brings together individuals with significant international experience who wish to contribute to an active and intellectually engaged community.

Active and voluntary engagement in civil society lies at the core of the organisation’s mission and activities.

Becoming a Member of YPIN

Candidates for membership in YPIN must be Polish citizens who have completed their university studies and have lived abroad for at least one year.

We are looking for individuals who:

speak Polish at a level that enables them to participate fully in the life and activities of the Association;

have full legal capacity;

demonstrate a commitment to high ethical standards;

support and identify with the statutory objectives of the YPIN Association;

have at least 12 months of international experience related to education, professional work, or research (tourism does not qualify);

have a good command of English and German enabling them to participate actively in the activities of the Association.

If you believe you meet these criteria and would like to take part in the recruitment process, please complete the application questionnaire, attach your CV, and submit your application.

Following the initial verification of your application, selected candidates will be contacted to arrange the next stages of the YPIN recruitment process. These may include:

a recruitment interview with members of the Management Board and recruitment specialists;
participation in the FALENTY seminar and the Annual General Meeting, or alternatively;
delivering an online webinar on a topic proposed by the candidate and approved by the Management Board;
final confirmation of admission to the YPIN Association.
