Who We Are

YPIN is an association of highly qualified and internationally orientated Poles in the business, public administration, academic and non-profit sectors. The group acts as an independent and interdisciplinary network, whose aim is to increase the international orientation and European integration of Poland.
YPIN organises discussion groups, seminars and study trips on a wide range of interdisciplinary topics. Voluntary and active engagement of its members in civil society is at the core of its activities.

Our members are talented and open-minded people, who excel on their educational and professional paths, or in social activity.

To become a member of YPIN

Candidates for the YPIN membership are Polish citizens, who have completed their university studies and have lived abroad for at least one year.

We are looking for people who:

speak Polish to the extent that allows them to participate freely in the life and activities of the Association;
have full legal capacity;
are not deprived of civic rights;
guarantee compliance with high ethical standards;
accept the statutory objectives of the YPIN Association;
have at least 12 months of foreign experience related to education, work or research (this does not include travel for tourism purposes);
have a good command of English and German to a degree that allows them to participate freely in the life and activities of the YPIN Association.

After positive verification,

we will contact you to arrange further stages of the YPIN Association recruitment process, which include:

recruitment interview with the Management Board and recruitment specialists,
participation in the FALENTY seminar and Annual General Meeting or, currently,
presenting an online webinar on a topic proposed by you and approved by the Management Board
confirmation of admission to the YPIN association
